Maestría en Gerencia Educativa, 2013-11) Guamán Mariño, Zoila Genoveva; Guzmán Bárcenes, BolívarThis research aims to describe, analyze and qualify prospects applying methodological strategies for the teaching of the subject of entrepreneurship and management students of the second year of general baccalaureate unified . This will improve instruction by teachers of the institution. The research gave an opportunity to identify the causes for the non-application of the approaches , the same way the need to promote a culture of entrepreneurship and management in young students through change strategies . Two workshops were held to sensitize teachers, administrators , parents and students about the need to implement new strategies related to entrepreneurship and management , the same way a productive project was developed in conjunction with the above- named, being these change strategies that were implemented in the National Technical College " San Jose" . This research has a theoretical basis , where an analysis of the scientific theory initially treated using background on the subject , by the base of reference , conceptual and legal framework is done . Chapter I. The theoretical framework helped me to articulate the assumptions and their respective variables to enable detailed study of clear and coherent research theme . This theoretical framework has different scientific theories underlying the approaches as a way to get a better education directed to entrepreneurship and management . First conceptualized what are the approaches and the importance for teaching and that teachers should use permanent and adequate to reach a constructivism based learning where the student is the constructor of their own knowledge . XIIThe teacher should be in constant change , innovate with methodological strategies that will be of great benefit to convey the experiences and seek solutions to difficulties that arise . Chapter II. It refers to methods in which the execution of this research is based. The methodology is descriptive - explanatory , quantitative and qualitative , cross , and had the characteristic of being prospective. The field research was conducted , as was done in the same place where the problem was observed , ie in the same scene , which was the National Technical College " San Jose" . Tick the model applied to the universe and sample selected, exposure of selected instruments and operative procedure. Chapter III. I used the Survey Technique Teachers and Students, as well as the interview with the authorities in collecting data that favored me collect the information which was systematized in parallel to perform the appropriate interpretation of results. In this research, the third chapter in the analysis and interpretation of the results is performed, the study showed little application of methodological strategies in the teaching of the subject of entrepreneurship and management in the second year of unified general baccalaureate . To process information proceeded to collect information from the population for this survey structured around 10 questions and which process was data cleaning , coding of information, preparation of charts and graphs , analysis and commentary was applied , discussion of the results . Conclusions and recommendations being the main objective determinant of a new stage in the process of teaching the subject of entrepreneurship and management , developing collective work to mobilize the potential of each one of the teachers of the institution.
