    By presenting themselves as an important necessity to have an accounting system to improve administrative financial management in the Administrative Board of Water Assumption Parish, it is essential to address this shortcoming. That is why this research is an important contribution to, meet the gaps that occur in the institution with respect to the accounting department to have a better control over economic assets to research techniques which have been used as collection documentary, types of data collection, interviews, surveys, records, etc. Which has allowed to collect information from managers, partners.
