    The challenge of raising a management model for the Technological Institute Superior General Eloy Alfaro, in which the proper functioning optimizing resources are available norme, consider the challenges currently living planet; integration with its benefits and negative factors forced to propose tools that guarantee work. Pedagogical tools in the formation received in our career has allowed us to raise the next job starts with the knowledge of reality becoming history, to continue the approach of a central problem on which turns the investigation. In the first stage a context analysis, literature review and the work of other authors took place, which made it possible to support our research. In the theoretical framework we assume the concepts, theoretical assumptions and other elements, up to the formulation of hypotheses with their respective variables, data collection techniques the survey interview was used which through their instruments allowed us collect information that is the parallel was systematized in order to make the respective analysis and partial interpretation up to the generalization. The research not only aims to reach the part of the conclusions and recommendations for a proposal for the work to help fulfill the mission and institutional vision.
