    This research contains the tools and elements used for the development of the Web Application "CONTROL FOR ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF THE ASSOCIATION OF TEACHERS OF THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF BOLIVAR" which is so detailed analysis of the needs that the Association professors at the State University of Bolivar, in the control of economic management. Using the techniques of data collection interview and direct observation were able to obtain the information necessary to determine the system requirements, which served to establish the general functions for users; to the stage of analysis and structured design methodology and model RAD (Rapid Application Development), in the implementation phase of extreme programming, which facilitates teamwork, adjusting to our characteristics was used was used. Centos OS, Languages: Open Source tools used in the development of this application PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Ajax; Manager PostgreSQL database, Webmin Manager data base, which allowed the development and management of information. With the implementation of the web application to control the economic activity of the Association of Professors better management control of economic activity is provided, also it offers consultations statements from anywhere with internet for teachers partners generates a series of reports with detailed information of all teachers eg general report savings of teachers to deliver the Financial Department of the UEB, list of teachers summoned to the different activities to record attendance, provides facilities to check statements of teachers, among which are: general discounts, detailed by clear plan discounts, commercial houses and health and life insurance. XXIII Thus allowing optimize time and effort involved in the process control economic activity.
