Resumen :	When you talk about management, we think mostly in administration, and its operating parameters relate to effectiveness. Those engaged in the management are primarily concerned with efficiency, in the sense of objective, specific and measurable. Its organizational structure and their personal interactions should produce academic performance at the lowest cost. The methodological framework of this research that served as our base. Part of the definition of the topic, then runs the background, justification, raises the issue as a center of scientific attention resolution, identifies the objectives, then the assumptions of research results through the hypotheses in coherence with the above items , for their discovery using various strategies identified by the statistical method, the approach and the scientific method, the same can develop an overview of the research study to focus. Thus, Chapter I, is the theoretical framework which discusses the most important foundations that support my research work in nature, the same that supports the feasibility of it. While in Chapter II, shows the methodology used for observation, selection and organization of the necessary data using tools and techniques for field research. At the end of this chapter is the proposed change, which incorporates the technique for the preparation and development of this project, we support a selected range of books, pamphlets, handouts and websites which support the research. Knowing the importance of this thesis to the field of education, so the completion and submission of the same benefit after childhood Joint Public School No. 26 Paquisha. Chapter III analyzes and discusses the results of all involved in field research. Then we include the conclusions and recommendations.
Descripción :	Cuando se habla sobre Gestión, se piensa casi siempre en administración, y sus parámetros de funcionamiento se refieren a eficacia. Los que se dedican a la gestión están básicamente preocupados por la eficacia, en el sentido de criterios objetivos, concretos y medibles. Su estructura organizativa y sus interacciones personales deben producir rendimiento académico al costo más bajo. La estructura metodológica de esta investigación que nos sirvió de base. Parte de la definición del tema, luego se recorre los antecedentes, justificación, se eleva el problema como centro de atención científica de resolución, se identifica los objetivos, luego se traduce los supuestos de investigación a través de las hipótesis guardando coherencia con los anteriores ítems, para su descubrimiento aplicando diversas estrategias determinadas por el método estadísticos, el enfoque y el método científico, el mismo que permite desarrollar una visión general del estudio de investigación a enfocarse. Así, en el capítulo I, se encuentra el marco teórico el cual analiza las fundamentaciones más importantes que soportan mi trabajo de carácter investigativo, el mismo que sustenta la factibilidad del mismo. Mientras que en el capítulo II, se muestra la metodología empleada para la observación, selección y organización de los datos necesarios mediante la utilización de instrumentos y técnicas para la investigación de campo. Al finalizar este capitulo se encuentra la propuesta de cambio, el cual incorpora la parte técnica para la elaboración y desarrollo de este proyecto, la que respaldamos con una gama selecta de libros, folletos, separatas y websites los cuales soportan la investigación realizada. Conocida la importancia que tiene esta tesis para el área de la educación, por eso la realización y ponencia del mismo en pos de beneficiar a la niñez de Escuela Fiscal Mixta N° 26 Paquisha. El capítulo III se analiza y discute los resultados obtenidos del total de involucrados en la investigación de campo. Luego incluimos las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
