Resumen :	The present investigative work, EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SCHOOL COEXISTENCE IN THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT #9 JUAN E. VARGAS OF THE CITY OF MIRACLE, COUNTY OF THE GUAYAS PERIOD 2010-2011, we have carried out it with the whole pertinent Procedure to visualize the incidence of the Educational Administration clearly inside the institution that he/she helps in the realization of activities inside the educational development. The same one that I justify it due to the imperious necessity of carrying out this investigative work in the Educational Unit Juan in the E. Vargas of the City of Miracle about the coexistence among the directress, educational, family parents and students have been weakened, among them it doesn't exist, sincere friendship, commitment and especially work in team, neither authority, neither I respect it is for it that the students have lost the interest to be included in the activities that it proposes the institution. The problem resides in identifying THE LIMITED EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION it doesn't ALLOW THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SCHOOL COEXISTENCE OF THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT Nº 9 JUAN E. VARGAS OF THE CITY OF MIRACLE, COUNTY OF THE GUAYAS, with the purpose that the authorities of the facility improve its administration; since, it xv has been observed that they don't apply in a correct way the well educated programs for the effect. Our objective is to settle down to the educational administration in the improvement of the school coexistence in the educational unit #9 Juan E. Vargas of the city of Miracle, county of the Guayas, study that will allow to design a possible solution to the detected problem, by means of the application of the specific objectives. By means of the outlined hypothesis the appropriate administration educational improvement the school coexistence in the educational unit #9 Juan E. Vargas of the city of Miracle, county of the Guayas. Of the hypothesis we obtained the variables, independent and dependent, same that were operacionalizadas. In the theoretical mark we register an up-to-date information that serves us from scientific foundation to our investigation work. In this point we point out characteristic of the educational administration. As: educational administration, administrative, program of institutional administration, to work in the institutional administration. Educational, niños/as, characteristic of the educational one, academic yield, yield school, low school yield, success or school failure, as negotiating a school coexistence, questions referred to the school coexistence and pedagogic aspects, like he/she learns how to dialogue, like he/she memorizes the coexistence, traditional conception of school coexistence, administration styles and organization of the school, variables related with the school coexistence, conception of coexistence, implication of the sectors of the educational community for the improvement of the coexistence, paper of the family in the school coexistence, the value of the coexistence in the school etc. xvi In Chapter II we discuss the methodological strategies applied within the work, which helps us identify the type of research we develop the methods and techniques, sample design, we use the surveys to the subjects involved, the data tabulated design tables and graphics as well as analysis and interpretation of results. Additionally, it has developed analyzing change strategies and their implementation and impact has influenced the problems identified in the institution. In Chapter III we conducted surveys, analysis and interpretation of them, testing the hypothesis through the respective formula, as well as the conclusions and recommendations are included.
Descripción :	El presente trabajo investigativo, GESTIÓN EDUCATIVA PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO DE LA CONVIVENCIA ESCOLAR EN LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA # 9 JUAN E. VARGAS DE LA CIUDAD DE MILAGRO, PROVINCIA DEL GUAYAS PERIODO 2010-2011, lo he realizado con todo el procedimiento pertinente para visualizar claramente la incidencia de la Gestión Educativa dentro de la institución, que ayude en la realización de actividades dentro del desarrollo educativo. El mismo que lo justifico debido a la imperiosa necesidad de realizar este trabajo investigativo en la Unidad Educativa Juan E. Vargas de la Ciudad de Milagro sobre la convivencia entre todos los que hacemos la institución, no existiendo amistad sincera, compromiso y en especial trabajo en equipo, por ello que los estudiantes han perdido el interés incluirse en las actividades que propone la institución. El problema radica en identificar LA LIMITADA GESTIÓN EDUCATIVA NO PERMITE EL MEJORAMIENTO DE LA CONVIVENCIA ESCOLAR DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA Nº 9 JUAN E. VARGAS DE LA CIUDAD DE MILAGRO, PROVINCIA DEL GUAYAS, con la finalidad de que las autoridades del plantel mejoren su gestión; puesto que, se ha observado que no aplican de forma correcta los programas instruidos para el efecto. El objetivo es mejorar la gestión educativa y la convivencia escolar en la Unidad Educativa # 9 Juan E. Vargas de la ciudad de Milagro, provincia del Guayas, estudio que permitirá diseñar una posible solución al problema detectado, mediante la aplicación de los objetivos específicos. xiii Mediante la hipótesis se indica que si se aplica una adecuada gestión educativa mejorará la convivencia escolar en la Unidad Educativa # 9 Juan E. Vargas de la ciudad de Milagro, provincia del Guayas. De la hipótesis obtuvimos las variables, independiente y dependiente, mismas que fueron operacionalizadas. En el marco teórico registro una información actualizada que me sirve de fundamento científico a mi trabajo de investigación. En este punto señalamos características de la gestión educativa. Como: gestión educativa, gestión administrativa, programa de gestión institucional, trabajar en la gestión institucional. Docente, niños/as, características del docente, rendimiento académico, rendimiento escolar, bajo rendimiento escolar, éxito o fracaso escolar, como gestionar una convivencia escolar, cuestiones referidas a la convivencia escolar y aspectos pedagógicos, como se aprende a dialogar, como se aprende la convivencia, concepción tradicional de convivencia escolar, estilos de gestión y organización de la escuela, variables relacionadas con la convivencia escolar, concepción de convivencia, implicación de los sectores de la comunidad educativa para la mejora de la convivencia, papel de la familia en la convivencia escolar, el valor de la convivencia en la escuela etc. En el capítulo II hablo sobre las estrategias metodológicas aplicadas dentro del trabajo, que nos ayuda a identificar el tipo de investigación que desarrollamos, los métodos y técnicas utilizadas; diseñamos la muestra, aplicamos las encuestas a los sujetos involucrados, tabulamos los datos elaboramos cuadros y gráficos así como el análisis e interpretación de resultados obtenidos. Adicionalmente se ha elaborado las estrategias de cambio analizando como su aplicación e impacto ha influido en los problemas detectados en la institución.
