Resumen :	Hoy en día el departamento de Investigación y Vinculación de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, realiza el seguimiento y control de proyectos de vinculación, de forma manual, ayudado con tablas de Excel, que sirven como bases de datos para gestionar la información de los proyectos ejecutados, estudiantes con horas de vinculación y de los docentes que han participado en los mismos, es por esto que se plantea el desarrollo de un sistema informático que permita el registro y control de proyectos de vinculación, el cual parte de un sistema existente, mismo que no fue implementado por no cumplir con las especificaciones técnicas del departamento de Tics. Con la implementación del Sistema Informático se pretende agilizar los procesos de registro, supervisión y control de los proyectos de vinculación, la generación de reportes al instante, lo cual permitirá cumplir con los indicadores de evaluación del CACES. Descripción :	Nowadays, the Research and Linking Department of the Bolívar State University, performs the monitoring and control of linking projects, manually, helps with Excel tables, which serve as databases to manage the information of the executed projects , students with hours of bonding and teachers who have participated in them, that is why the development of a computer system that allows the registration and control of linking projects is proposed, which is part of the existing system, which It was not implemented for not complying with the technical specifications of the Tics department. With the implementation of the Information System, it is intended to streamline the processes of registration, supervision and control of linking projects, the generation of reports instantly, which is required to comply with the evaluation indicators of CACES.
