dc.descriptionEn la presente tesis, buscamosofrecer al beneficiario directo (Colegio Nacional Caluma) las herramientas necesarias y de aplicación destinadas a mejorar el rol que deben cumplir los padres de familia y/o representantes en el control de las tareas escolares de sus hijos. Por ello aportamos en cada tema abordado, los conocimientos teóricos junto con elementos concretos que pueden ser implementados por la Institución, en la ardua y difícil tarea de la gestión en su relación con los actores educativos (padres y estudiantes), resultado de varias lecturas a través de información vertida en libros, manuales, internet, revistas, folletos y la indagación realizada en la misma institución, mediante información de campo, como también propuestas que vienen de la experiencia de 30 años de trabajo docente y 2 años de directivo en la parte administrativa de esta institución. Estas propuestas serán las herramientas que queremos ofrecer a la hora de orientar a los padres de familia, teniendo en cuenta sus propias capacidades y conocimientos, siendo el objetivo general llevar a cabo un sistema de diagnostico y análisis que nos permita determinar ¿cuál es la situación actual respecto del apoyo que deben brindar los padres en el control de las tareas escolares de sus hijos y las actividades institucionales?; estructurar una base de datos como punto de partida para lograr mejorar su rol y obtener resultados positivos en el aprendizaje y rendimiento académico de sus hijos.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the direct beneficiary buscamosofrecer (Caluma National College) and apply the necessary tools to improve the role to be met by parents and / or guardians in monitoring homework for their children. Therefore we provide in each issue addressed, the theoretical knowledge with specific elements that can be implemented by the institution with the hard task of managing their relationship with educational stakeholders (parents and students), the result of several readings through information and statements contained in books, manuals, internet, magazines, brochures and inquiry conducted at the same institution, using field data, as well as proposals that come from the experience of 30 years of teaching work and two years of management on the part Management of this institution.
