Resumen :	El presente trabajo de investigación para la obtención del Título de Magíster en Gerencia Educativa, investiga, lo concerniente al tema titulado: “Gerencia por procesos en la Administración del primer año del bachillerato general unificado del Colegio Centenario Pedro Carbo, del Cantón Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar, durante el periodo 2013 – 2014 mismo que, se convertirá en un aporte significativo en la administración educativa de la institución cuyos beneficiarios son los integrantes de la comunidad educativa formada por: autoridades, docentes, personal administrativo, personal de servicio, estudiantes, padres de familia y comunidad guarandeña y bolivarense. La investigación del presente trabajo de grado contiene las líneas fundamentales para la aplicación del modelo administrativo cuyo fin es la potenciación de un nuevo estilo gerencial en la dinamia de correlación entre los involucrados para alcanzar un clima organizacional centrado en la actividad de los estudiantes como el principio y fin de la nueva estructura curricular. Los contenidos están diseñados dentro de la estructura funcional para aplicarlos en función didáctica. La primera parte contiene aspectos introductorios que delinean la importancia del tema en función de un hilo conductor de la investigación enlazada con el establecimiento, donde los objetivos responden a la solución del problema, mediante la aplicación de la hipótesis que trata de constituirse en la solución anticipada a la problemática de la investigación propuesta. En el primer capítulo se desarrolla el Marco teórico que constituye el fundamento científico y la teoría que sustenta el trabajo investigativo extraída de obras y links, un marco conceptual que potencia una serie de conceptos que se mantienen en la aplicación del trabajo y que permiten definir ciertos términos usados en la visión del tema de investigación aquí se desarrolla la teoría científica, incluyendo el análisis personal de la investigadora compartiendo con los criterios de diversos autores. A continuación se presenta el sustento normativo que es la orientación legal del trabajo tomado de la Constitución, la LOEI y su reglamento en los XII campos concerniente a los deberes, obligaciones y derechos de los miembros de la comunidad educativa, indispensables para reconocer la estructura de los manuales de funciones para cada uno de ellos. En el marco Referencial se explica detalladamente la institución donde se llevó a efecto la ejecución del proyecto de investigación, la historia, su trayectoria tomando en cuenta que es el colegio más antiguo de la Provincia hoy considerado “Emblemático”; además, consta el número de estudiantes, autoridades, personal administrativo y de servicio. El segundo capítulo contiene la estructura metodológica aplicada en la tarea de la investigación, comprende aspectos de delimitación en los niveles, propósitos, aplicabilidad y sustentación del trabajo de campo en el tiempo y espacio, la definición de la población o universo seleccionada mediante operaciones estadísticas y matemáticas, junto a la ponderación de los métodos que contribuyen a explicar desde la razón del entendimiento lógico la sistematización del trabajo, la institución educativa junto a sus autoridades, docentes, personal administrativo y de servicio y con ellos los beneficiarios directos, los estudiantes que son seleccionados mediante la aplicación de una muestra trabajada a porcentajes de error admitido quienes se constituyen en el grupo de aplicación del trabajo investigado. A continuación se plantea cuatro estrategias de solución que permite aplicar la visión propuesta que incluye una fundamentación teórica y actividades de transferencia y refuerzo concluye el trabajo con la enumeración de la bibliografía y webbliografia usada en la investigación y un conjunto de anexos, que se convierten en las evidencias del trabajo En el Tercer Capítulo se expone e interpreta los datos obtenidos en la aplicación de encuestas a los grupos investigados dentro de una diagramación de tablas, fuente gráficos e interpretación con procesos estadísticos que permiten confirmar la importancia del tema y por sobre todo comprobar la hipótesis planteada, misma que al referirse a un hecho social se valora en función de porcentajes de los datos obtenidos concluye esta sección con la enunciación y redacción de conclusiones y recomendaciones en función de la aplicación del tema propuesto
Descripción :	The present investigation to obtain the title of Master of Educational Management, researches, concerning the subject entitled " MANAGEMENT PROCESSES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE FIRST YEAR OF BACHELOR OF UNIFIED GENERAL PEDRO CARBO CENTENARY COLLEGE, THE CANTON GUARANDA, BOLIVAR PROVINCE DURING THE PERIOD 2013 - 2014 same , will become a significant contribution to the educational administration of the institution whose beneficiaries are members of the educational community shaped by authorities, teachers, administrators, service personnel, students, parents family and community guarandeña and bolivarense . The present research degree work contains the basic lines for the implementation of administrative model aimed at the empowerment of a new management style in the correlation dynamics among stakeholders to achieve organizational climate focused on student activity as the principle and purpose of the new curriculum structure. The contents are designed within the functional structure to apply based didactic teaching. The first part contains introductory aspects that outline the importance of the issue in terms of a research thread linked to the establishment of the problem, where the objective answer to solving the problem, by applying the hypothesis that tries to become the early solution to the issue of the proposed research.
