Resumen :	El tema al ser claro y preciso es determinante sobre Modelo de aseguramiento de la calidad en la educación básica como contribución a la educación del buen vivir en el Colegio Pedro Carbo, Unidad Educativa Verbo Divino e Instituto Tecnológico Superior Angel Polibio Chaves del Cantón Guaranda, período 2011”. La descripción del problema parte de lo evidente que es la educación al no disponer de ejes articulados a ningún plan nacional como tampoco de cada región en cuanto se refiere a la ejecución de políticas de Estado, lo que ocasiona que se continúe preparando hombres que no aporten a la sociedad, debido a la baja calidad de la educación, evidenciándose en la desarticulación del proceso de aprendizaje con el estudiante. El no disponer de estándares de calidad en la educación básica ha representado un indicador que permanentemente obstaculiza la evaluación, pues ello repercute notablemente a que los educandos se inmersen en los requerimientos del Estado a través de sus diferentes secretarias que le compete gerenciar la educación. En la Justificación demuestra su importancia debido a que procura identificar el modelo más adecuado para el aseguramiento de la calidad de la educación en la perspectiva de fortalecer la preparación de los futuros bachilleres y la factibilidad de la investigación se observa desde la tarea desarrollada que permite poner a disposición de las autoridades de turno en la educación esta herramienta de gestión, con la originalidad de este trabajo está evidenciado en la generación del Modelo que permitirá alcanzar el aseguramiento de la calidad la novedad científica se evidencia con el Modelo que asegurará la calidad de la educación, que permitirá acrecentar los conocimientos adquiridos y estará fortalecida con los argumentos técnicos metodológicos que contribuyó el programa de Maestría es por lo tanto viable esta investigación, desde la inclusión del sujeto, el objeto que está plenamente delimitado, y el aporte sustantivo de los medios que se emplearon para la realización del trabajo y por ende alcanzar los fines que perseguimos. 8 Los objetivos tanto general como específicos permitieron establecer claramente como se alcanzaron los resultados, con la generación de la hipótesis se plasmó su comprobación de las encuestas aplicadas a profesores y profesoras de las entidades educativas investigadas, apoyadas en las variables y su operacionalización. El Capítulo I con sus aportes sustantivos establecidos en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, la Ley Orgánica de Educación Intercultural y el soporte científico de Juran, Deming, López Ruperez, entre otros guiaron acertadamente la construcción de la Teoría Científica, con la presencia de descriptores importantes que complementaron la Teoría Conceptual, luego la Teoría Legal que da soporte sistémico a la investigación, luego la Teoría Situacional en la que se presenta el Modelo de Aseguramiento de la calidad y la Teoría Referencial sobre la que se sustenta la investigación. El Capítulo II, se describen desde el tipo de investigación que es descriptiva, los medios que apoyaron y guiaron la investigación para irlas consolidando en las estrategias de cambio que enfoca para cada variable los subproblemas y las matrices de evidencias investigativas acorde la guía orientada. La población que se consideró al mismo tiempo se aplicó el muestreo con lo cual se aplicaron encuestas a profesores y profesoras de las entidades educativas que tuvieron el soporte del plan y procesamiento de datos. Se determinaron las conclusiones, recomendaciones y los anexos incluida la bibliografía. Se presenta el artículo científico sobre la base de la investigación sustentada en el método científico, y que desde este espacio demando la aplicación del Modelo de Aseguramiento de la Calidad en la educación básica para la formación de personas que sean capaces de transformar la sociedad.
Descripción :	The topic to the clear being and I specify it is decisive on Model of insurance of the quality in the basic education as contribution to the education of the good one to live in the College Pedro Carbo, Unit Educational Divine Verb and Superior Technological Institute Angel Polibio Chaves of the Canton Guaranda, period 2011.” The description of the problem portions of the evident thing that it is the education when not having articulate axes to any national plan as neither of each region as soon as he/she refers to the execution of political of State, what causes that it continues getting ready men that don't contribute to the society, due to the drop quality of the education, being evidenced in the separation of the learning process with the student. Not preparing of standard of quality in the basic education has represented an indicator that permanently blocks the evaluation, because it rebounds it notably to that the educandos you inmersen in the requirements of the State through their different secretaries that it concerns him gerenciar the education. In the Justification it demonstrates their importance because it tries to identify the most appropriate pattern for the insurance of the quality of the education in the perspective of strengthening the preparation of the future high schools and the feasibility of the investigation is observed from the developed task that allows to put to disposition of the shift authorities in the education this administration tool, with the originality of this work it is evidenced in the generation of the Model that will allow to reach the insurance of the quality the scientific novelty it is evidenced with the Model that the quality of the education that will allow to increase the acquired knowledge will assure and it will be strengthened with the methodological technical arguments that it contributed the program of Master it is therefore viable this investigation, from the fellow's inclusion, the object that is 10 defined fully, and the contribution noun of the means that you/they were used for the realization of the work and for ende to reach the ends that we pursue. The objectives so much general as specific they allowed to settle down clearly like the results were reached, with the generation of the hypothesis their confirmation was captured from the applied surveys to professors and teachers of the investigated educational entities, supported in the variables and its operacionalización. The Chapter I with their contributions nouns settled down in the Constitution of the Republic of the Ecuador, the Organic law of Education Intercultural and the scientific support of they Swear, Deming, López Ruperez, among others guided the construction of the Scientific Theory wisely, with the presence of important describers that you/they supplemented the Conceptual Theory, then the Legal Theory that gives systemic support to the investigation, then the Situational Theory in which is presented the Model of Insurance of the quality and the Theory Referencial on which the investigation is sustained. The Chapter II, are described from the investigation type that is descriptive, the means that supported and they guided the investigation for irlas consolidating in the strategies of change that it focuses for each variable the subproblemas and the wombs of evidences investigative chord the oriented guide. The population that was considered the sampling at the same time was applied with that which surveys were applied professors and teachers of the educational entities that had the support of the plan and data processing. The summations, recommendations and the included annexes were determined the bibliography. The scientific article is presented on the base of the investigation sustained in the scientific method, and that from this space I demand the application of the Model of Insurance of the Quality in the basic education for the formation of people that you/they are able to transform the society.
