In addition it allowed to learn Vocabulary, Grammar and basic concepts to formulate dialogues, of personal information that enriches the foreign language fulfilling thus with the objectives raised in this Methodological proposal (ELSAOEl presente proyecto da a conocer resultados de la propuesta metodológica denominado “Enseñanza del Listening and Speaking Asistida por ordenador” (ELSAO) usando el “Software “ROSETTA STONE” en el desarrollo de habilidad del Listening and Speaking del Idioma Ingles en niños de 12 a 15 años de la Parroquia San Vicente del Cantón San Miguel, Provincia Bolívar, periodo 2016”. La metodología permitió tener buenos resultados (82%) en una muestra de 17 estudiantes que corresponde en un nivel “A1” según marco común Europeo de referencia para las lenguas, mejorando el nivel de Listening and Speaking.
