On the other hand, students have a broader knowledge about technologies, but for them it was still a problem because they were unknown applications and websites and it took them a bit of work to adapt. The teaching-learning process was having a slight improvement as time went by, since both teachers and students handled the technological tools in a better way thanks to the experience they were acquiring little by little. However, virtual education must be more varied in the use of tools, since technology and the Internet offer countless resources that teachers can adapt to their planning.La migración digital es el proceso que ocurrió a inicios de pandemia, el docente tuvo problemas de adaptación con las herramientas tecnológicas, lo cual causo un desempeño menor al esperado. Por otra parte, los estudiantes tienen un conocimiento más amplio acerca de las tecnologías, pero para ellos igual fue un problema porque eran aplicaciones y sitios web desconocidos para ello y les costó un poco de trabajo adaptarse. El proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje fue teniendo una leve mejora conforme pasó el tiempo, ya que tanto docentes como estudiantes manejaron las herramientas tecnológicas de una mejor manera gracias a la experiencia que iban adquiriendo poco a poco.
