Guaranda: UEB. 58 p.https://dspace.ueb.edu.ec/handle/123456789/5720It is important to analyze the crime of femicide and its indirect victims, and that the death of the woman should not be the only thing to worry about in attention to this crime, so it should be considered; the effects and collateral consequences that produce in children and adolescents as well as: orphanhood, abandonment and lack of protection for this vulnerable group, also should be considered the effects on the victim's family, being appropriate to make effective the comprehensive reparation as a right, in order to compensate the damage suffered, in strict compliance with what determines our legal system. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the correct integral reparation for the indirect victims of the crime of femicide in the Guaranda Canton, Province of Bolivar, since they are also affected and are not considered by the state through the judges in the sentences when this criminal offense occurs. The research contains a descriptive level and with a mixed approach (qualitative - quantitative) supported by surveys and interviews to law professionals in the province of Bolivar, through the research methods; Deductive, Analytical, Synthetic with attachment to the line of documentary - bibliographic research. Key words: Integral Reparation, Indirect Victims, Femicide.Es importante analizar el delito de Femicidio y sus víctimas indirectas, y que la muerte de la mujer no debe ser lo único a preocuparse en atención a este delito por lo que se debe considerar; las afectaciones y consecuencias colaterales que producen en los niños, niñas y adolescentes así como: la orfandad, abandono y desprotección para este grupo vulnerable, además se debe considerar las afectaciones en los familiares de la víctima, siendo apropiado efectivizar la reparación integral como derecho, con el propósito de resarcir el daño sufrido, con estricto cumplimiento a lo que determina nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. Por lo que, es preciso analizar la correcta reparación integral para las víctimas indirectas del delito de femicidio, del Cantón Guaranda, Provincia de Bolívar, ya que también son afectadas y no son consideradas para el estado a través de los Jueces y Juezas en las sentencias cuando se produce este ilícito penal.
