Resumen :	El presente informe final del proyecto de Intervención Educativa ejecutado en el Centro Educativo Comunitario Intercultural Bilingüe “Silvia Guevara Pérez” de la parroquia Palmira cantón Guamote provincia Chimborazo, durante el año lectivo 2019-2020 se desarrolló con la finalidad de implementar estrategias metodológicas en el área de Lengua Literatura con la finalidad de mejorar el desempeño docente y la comprensión del desarrollo de las macro destrezas de la lengua en niños de Segundo Año de Educación Básica; tomando en cuenta su cultura y su entorno en el que se desenvuelven. Se aplicó las pruebas de diagnóstico a 24 estudiantes de Segundo Año de Educación Básica, las cuales se procedieron a tabular las mismas que dieron como resultado las dificultades en las destrezas de escuchar, hablar, leer y escribir. Posteriormente se ejecutó la observación áulica en la cual se muestra que los docentes no estimulan las macro destrezas de la lengua al momento de impartir la clase. Luego de identificadas y tabuladas las dificultades de aprendizaje en los estudiantes; se procedió a aplicar el método de la oralidad que consiste en crear y desarrollar oportunidades donde los estudiantes tengan un mejor ambiente de aprendizaje en un entorno flexible y enfocado en su medio cultural, respetando su identidad y fortaleciendo la Cosmovisión Andina e impulsando el desarrollo de las macro destrezas en el área de Lengua y Literatura. Se llegó a obtener resultados que beneficiaron a toda la comunidad educativa puesto que los estudiantes alcanzaron el desarrollo óptimo en las macro destrezas de la Lengua a sí mismo una comprensión y valoración de su Cosmovisión proceso en el cual fortaleció su identidad, cultura y a su vez, las estrategias de aprendizaje en los docentes.
Descripción :	The present final report of the Educational Intervention project carried out at the "Silvia Guevara Pérez" Intercultural Bilingual Community Educational Center of the Palmira parish, Guamote canton, Chimborazo province, during the 2019-2020 school year was developed with the objective of implementing methodological strategies in the area of Language and Literature with the intention of improving teaching performance and understanding of the development of macro language skills in children of the Second Year of Basic Education; taking into account their culture and the environment in which they live. The diagnostic tests were applied to 24 students of the Second Year of Basic Education, which were processed and tabulated where difficulties in the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing were found. Subsequently, the classroom observation was carried out, in which showed that the teachers didn’t stimulate the macro skills of the language when they were teaching in the class. After having tabulated and identified students’ difficulties; the method of orality was applied that consists of creating and developing opportunities where students have a better learning background in a flexible atmosphere focused on their cultural environment, respecting their identity and strengthening the Andean Worldview and promoting the development of macro skills in the area of Language and Literature. Results that benefit the entire educational community were obtained because students achieved the optimum development in the macro skills of the Language, an understanding and appreciation of their Cosmo vision process in which it strengthens their identity, culture and the Learning strategies in teachers.
