Resumen :	El Plan de Intervención partió de los problemas identificados en el comportamiento de los niños que han sido objeto de investigación, lo que generó el planteamiento del tema: “Estrategias conductuales en la prevención del bullying en el tercer año de educación básica de la Escuela Manuel Páliz del recinto Canduya, Parroquia San Lorenzo, Cantón Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar”. Para lo cual se planteó como objetivo general determinar las estrategias conductuales para prevenir el Bullying, realizando un diagnóstico situacional para establecer el tipo de acoso escolar y así diseñar un Plan de Intervención Pedagógico que se basen en el fortalecimiento de las primeras, evaluando al final el impacto del plan y cómo esto ayudó a mejorar su comportamiento y conducta. La metodología utilizada fue la investigación descriptiva en donde se hace una caracterización de las variables de estudio, del fenómeno observado en los niños y la escuela y comunidad y los actos de violencia que se producen entre ellos. Una vez culminado dicho proceso se determinó que los estudiantes peleaban, les quitaban la comida, eran excluidos sin razón y otros casos, son que los padres o maestros se enteren, o si lo hacían no contaban con un protocolo de Bullying. Siendo necesaria la aplicación de una guía de actividades que permita formular estrategias conductuales que minimicen el problema. Al final del trabajo se evidenció que las actividades planteadas fueron novedosas y creativas, un poco difíciles de aplicarse si no se contaba con la ayuda de la docente de aula, pero que al final resultaron ser mucho más atractivas para toda la escuela que adoptó las mismas en sus aulas. Los logros alcanzados han sido el cambio de actitud de los niños que se los llamaba agresivo, demostrando un cambio de conducta negativa hacia demostraciones positivas y el deseo de ser reconocidos y premiados por las buenas acciones, esperando que se conserven y fortalezca cada día su personalidad. Descripción :	The Intervention Plan was based on the problems identified in the behavior of children who have been subject to research, which generated the approach of the topic: “Behavioral strategies in the prevention of bullying in the third year of basic education at Manuel Páliz School from the Canduya site, San Lorenzo Parish, Guaranda Canton, Bolivar Province”. For which, the general objective was to determine the behavioral strategies to prevent bullying, making a situational diagnosis to establish the type of bullying and thus design a Pedagogical Intervention Plan based on the strengthening of the first, evaluating the impact of the plan and how this helped improve their behavior and behavior. The methodology used was the descriptive research where a characterization of the study variables, the phenomenon observed in children and the school and community and the acts of violence that occur between them is made. Once this process was completed, it was determined that the students fought, took away their food, were excluded without reason and other cases, are that parents or teachers find out, or if they did they did not have a Bullying protocol. It is necessary to apply an activity guide that allows formulating behavioral strategies that minimize the problem. At the end of the work it was evidenced that the proposed activities were novel and creative, a little difficult to apply if there was no help from the classroom teacher, but that in the end they turned out to be much more attractive for the whole school that adopted them in their classrooms. The achievements have been the change in attitude of children who were called aggressive, demonstrating a change in negative behavior towards positive demonstrations and the desire to be recognized and rewarded for good actions, hoping that their personality be preserved and strengthened every day.
