Resumen : discussion of the results obtained during the implementation of the survey and research work on the design of learning resources to develop the skill of reading - writing, the change implemented by applying tools and instruments, finally conclusions and recommendations that will enhance the success, progress and development of knowledge of students. In Chapter IV developed a proposal under call him MY EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES TO READ AND WRITE, which allow students to have an effective reading and writing, and leave as a legacy for generations to support the education sector.
Descripción : Considering the need to improve the quality of education and the deficiency that exists in the use of teaching resources to work with literacy skills - writing, we consider the development of this work the educational paradigm of constructivism, that part of the student's life experiences, our primary desire is to detect the reality of teaching in that school, and why not tell the different establishments in the county and province. The first part contains the introduction, theme, background, problem, rationale, objectives, assumptions, variables and their operationalization. Chapter I is emphasized in the conceptual framework, referring certain terms used in the theoretical framework in which we talk about the place where we investigate the location is taking cultural development of its people, history of the institution in the theoretical framework the same as scientific concerns regarding the topic areas surveyed. To support the livelihood I refer to the methods, techniques in walking to find the best development of this research that aims to improve the practice of reading - writing and rescue local culture that tends transformations in teaching students and making them community active entities, aware participatory change. In Chapter II deals with the Analysis and Interpretation of the results tabulated once they were represented in graphs that show the same responses from teachers and students subsequently investigated to be presented in charts with its respective interpretation. Conclusions and recommendations with which I can contribute after having done the research. The methods applied were: Scientific Inductive, Deductive, and Historical. Chapter III responds to the results for which we proceeded to set out the analysis, discussion of the results obtained during the implementation of the survey and research work on the design of learning resources to develop the skill of reading - writing, the change implemented by applying tools and instruments, finally conclusions and recommendations that will enhance the success, progress and development of knowledge of students.
