Item Grupos etarios en los docentes y habilidades didácticas en el uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, durante el ciclo académico 2010- 2011(Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, Departamento de Postgrado, 2012-06) Camacho Arellano, Jhony Patricio; Guarnizo Delgado, José BladimirLa educación superior se halla sujeta a constantes cambios obligados por el avance científico y tecnológico, lo que demanda el ir incorporando cambios substanciales en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje para estar a tono con estas exigencias. Por ello la presente investigación sobre los grupos etarios en los docentes y las habilidades didácticas que se precisan en el uso de las Tecnologías de la información y Comunicación y en particular del internet, en la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, Ecuador, durante el ciclo académico 2010 - 2011, se orienta principalmente a establecer una estrategia para el perfeccionamiento docente en habilidades didácticas, para lograr el uso efectivo en las aulas universitarias de estos medios de información y comunicación no convencionales. La hipótesis en esta investigación expresa que cada grupo etario en los docentes universitarios, condiciona un determinado nivel de consecución de habilidades didácticas; supuesto que fue corroborado en base a los datos recogidos, su tratamiento estadístico respectivo y claro está sobre la base del aparato teórico y conceptual que se construyó para el efecto. Esta investigación no desestimó la aplicación de una estrategia -a modo de propuestapara el desarrollo de habilidades didácticas que permitan incorporar de modo efectivo en la enseñanza superior, medios tecnológicos de avanzada. Este sistema de Acciones, no pierde de vista un conjunto de estadios de desarrollo o momentos a través, de los cuáles se concibe esta Propuesta de intervención didáctica con medios no convencionales. 16 De la hipótesis planteada y de su comprobación por los resultados obtenidos ex ante, inicie la aplicación de la estrategia de capacitación, la misma que al termino reflejó datos muy satisfactorios en el grupo etario que fue invitado a participar de la mejora de habilidades en el uso de las TICs, evidenciándose con la participación activa en el desarrollo de cursos virtuales aplicando lo aprendido para mantener un contacto virtual con los estudiantes.Item Sobreprotección familiar y el desarrollo integral de los Niños/as del nivel pre básico del Centro Infantil Nº 1 De La Fuerza Terrestre del distrito metropolitano de Quito, año 2011(Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. Departamento de Postgrado, 2011-12-01) Delgado Rueda, Luz Marianita de Jesús; Guarnizo Delgado, José BladimirThis research analyzes the importance of family relationships between parents and children in a relevant way overprotective attitudes as a trigger for certain psychosocial manifestations in children Child Development Center, while consequences are evident in the educational attitudes in the development of educational activity. Overprotection and its influence is studied in the comprehensive development of children's basic level Pre Child Development Center No. 1 of the Land Forces of the Metropolitan District of Quito, during the school year 2010 - 2011. Academic research represents a contribution that will serve in the implementation of the evaluation process of comprehensive development of children mitigated by overprotective parents and mothers, allowing children / as develop their potentials and strengths in the process teaching and learning. On the other hand, it does not explain nor is it intended to list the characteristics of good parents, and describes how to accept the child as he is, whatever his physical, his virtues, personality, way of life; not obsessed with the child; teach them things and not for them; seeks to avoid the suffocating fear of the children; not to impose the dreams unfulfilled parents of young ,; know that the son / daughter is capable of what is proposed, in their attempts to encourage and do not be afraid to fail; use communication as daily exercise, listen, understand and put in place; promoting independence to achieve its autonomy; They encourage him to show his feelings, whether joy or sadness; interest in the child's life, but not wanting to control it. Among the results highlighted aspects such as the relationship to school performance / as children / as the No.1 Child Development Center of the Land Forces of the Metropolitan District of Quito revealed the difference in extracurricular factors, socioeconomic status and all the constitution and organization of families. In the Child Development Center No. 1 of the Land Forces of the Metropolitan District of Quito there is a history of studies about overprotective parents and effects on the overall development of children, is supposed to be an investigation may clarify the effects of overprotection in the integral development of children. It is a little-studied also interested in the institution develop appropriate behaviors that complement the actions of the professionals working in it, reaffirming suitable for young children emotional stereotypes. Training a Guide it was developed for Work with Parents entitled "Training Guide for mothers and parents with overprotective behavior to reinforce the overall development of students", which is an essential tool for awareness events, training and guidance for parents of children representatives level Pre- Basic Children's Center N ° 1 Land Force; it was developed from research and with their stakeholders, is expected to contribute and promote changes in the behavior of both mothers, parents and their children, generating guiding attitudes towards them; also it includes the methodological process for developing the workshops, conclusions and recommendations of the participants, which demonstrates the importance of this subject. The research emphasizes the desire to contribute to establishing better relationships moderate intra family bonding in order to contribute to the social structure and thus the development of its members.
