Carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría Cp, 2010) Changoluisa Gavi, Luis Eduardo; Real Navarrete, Luis Eduardo; Jaya Escobar, Aida IsabelDue to its increasing provision of health services at the Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro and the production of their waste in an era in which the commitment to environmental conservation and human health and safety is evident from the state in a public health institution that seeks to become a provincial leader in relation to the management of hospital waste the need arises to an audit report to the environmental management of hospital waste management to serve as a support tool for monitoring and improving the managing this process. For which it has used research techniques documentary basis, in the same way to obtain data through unstructured observation, surveys and interviews with hospital staff, then the analysis and tabulation of the data, as well as the implementation of audit phases, performing for each of these phases their proper work papers, can the results at the end of development work to support the realization of the same, ie that these results aim to improve the problems identified in the process of management of waste management by the institution, as the final audit report contains the findings during the performance of work which may produce effects and recommended to overcome these findings. This report details each of the stages of waste management in systematic order and their involved to define implementing improvements, the same that are clear, short and precise for each of those involved. The proposal seeks to improve both processes waste management, physical spaces where they are made, the methods used, the biosafety conditions of staff performing these tasks, as well as the committee of wastes which are directly responsible for coordinate and monitor the management of them.
